Diane Rifkin, Founder & President of Rifkin Consulting
Diane offers over 30 years of experience with the legal, attorney recruiting and public relations industries. She is known for her detail-oriented approach, straightforward counsel and passion for achieving results on behalf of those she represents. High ethical standards and reliability have resulted in an expansive network that includes satisfied clients and candidates nationwide.
Diane received her B.A. in English from Villanova University, where she graduated cum laude and served as Class Valedictorian. Diane achieved her Juris Doctor from Villanova School of Law in 1988. She served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC) and the organization’s Ethics Committee. Active in the Orange County Community, Diane supports Monarch Sunrise Rotary charity activities, Dana Point Support Group for Camp Pendleton 5th Marine Regiment, Working Wardrobes, Women Helping Women and CHOC.
Diane regularly contributes to major national legal publications, including Vault, the Los Angeles Daily Journal, and Law360.

Jeannie CaBell, Sr. Attorney Recruiter
Jeannie CaBell is a Sr. Attorney Recruiter with Rifkin Consulting. She specializes in the permanent placement of attorneys throughout California. She is a recruiting professional with over 30 years of legal recruiting experience and has helped hundreds of attorneys find their dream job in the legal industry.
Throughout her career, she has served in numerous key human resources, office management, and attorney recruiting positions in large, global law firms. Her academic background is in business administration and human resources and she brings a wealth of HR and attorney recruiting experience and knowledge to Rifkin Consulting and its candidates and clients, giving them assurance that the personal assistance they receive comes from years of advanced training, experience, and financial acumen.
Jeannie knows and understands that the right people are the most important asset to a law firm or corporation. She takes great pride assisting law firms and companies to identify and acquire the best candidates to meet their hiring needs and works closely with candidates to find their career goal home.
Jeannie has a BA and MA from Temple University, served as the President of the Orange County Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators as well as a Regional Director and on the Board of Directors for the Association of Legal Administrators, was one of the founders and former Board Member of the Orange County Area Legal Recruitment Association, affiliated with legal support groups NALP and the Society for Human Resource Managers. Active within the Orange County community, Jeannie is a committee member and one of the co-founders of the Orange County Coalition for Diversity in the Law (OCCDL) and current Board Member of the Orange County Chapter of Women in eDiscovery (WIE).
Susan Johnson, Director of Business Development/Attorney Recruiter
Susan Johnson brings a unique background to Rifkin Consulting. Her dynamic career includes a private couture business, a successful contemporary clothing line sold in major department stores and specialty boutiques across the country and a 10-year recruiting career, focused on bringing top talent to the finest apparel and architecture firms.
In 2010, a prominent wealth management professional introduced Susan to Diane Rifkin, President of Rifkin Consulting.
